1987 4.0 no fire on second cyl

from the front. Picked up a cheap Cherokee, only running on 5. Swapped plugs, wires, injectors, then found a manual, injectors show 16 ohms, and the wiring pass the test light test. Plug comes out looking shiney black, but not fuel soaked, almost like a coating. Didn't think to look in the injector hole when it was out, but wouldn't think it could clog??

	Re: 1987 4.0 no fire on second cyl Reply #4 - Aug 9^th, 2010 at 12:13pm 3 more bent this weekend, each time diff cylinders, no ryhme or reason. Assuming sticking lifters, running some AT fluid thru it and then a change and see. DAMN HEEPS!!!!
